To submit a Wall Post for a photo, you must first be logged in...

When you see a picture that you would like to comment on, click on the picture's thumbnail to see a larger view.  Scroll down and underneath the picture is a text box for you to write your wall post.  Click the Add a Wall Post button and your post will appear underneath the picture.
